At Xibnarexeaphul, we stand behind the quality of our floral arrangements. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns of floral arrangements once they have been delivered. However, if your arrangement arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will require photos of the damaged or incorrect items to process your claim. Once verified, we will either send a replacement arrangement at no additional cost or provide a full refund, depending on your preference.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee. Custom orders and special event arrangements may have different cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of order.

If you experience quality issues with your floral arrangement, such as premature wilting or flowers that do not meet our quality standards, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or credit toward a future purchase.
